We are still selling. Welcome August break for all of us, especially those who live in flooded areas, whether old or new. Let us explain. There are areas that have always had issues of flooding because of their dirty habits or lack of proper drainage systems.
Anyway, we have a break of four weeks from heavy downpour, giving us a little window to fix things. Things like what? Things that constant rains would have prevented us from fixing. For example, the ever pro-active Lagos state government is working on fixing roads around the state with this break. And some of us are fixing the drainages around us before the heavy rains in September.
We on our own part are carrying out maintenance work in our buildings. Because though we have sold them out to you, we prioritize keeping it top-notch for you. It is our job to keep you satisfied by maintaining the swimming pools, the lifts, the gardens, to mention a few.
Finally, as we enjoy August break, we should also keep warm because the winds these days feel like the Fall. That is the period between summer and winter. If you pay attention, you would hear the speed of the wind and realize it is faster than usual.
