Happy Easter celebration everyone and welcome to the beautiful month of April when the year is most beautiful. And that beauty is not just because it is Spring, it is also because of the rain. It is a renewal of vegetation all around the world and not only West Africa.
To this end therefore, we congratulate and thank our new home owners who accepted our invites and seized the day. Carpe Diem. They became home owners in two of our locations and introduced more clients to us. Thank you for trusting and recommending us.
Also, a few of you confided that Easter was your deadline for your first home in the city of Lagos. And you went on to express your satisfaction with our facilities and services. We use the opportunity of this brand new quarter of the year and brand new season to thank you all.
On a final note, we welcome you once again to this brand new quarter and await new customers . The new target is to get a home before the summer holidays begin. Coincidentally, it is the end of this quarter at that time, so this time frame is quite strategic.
