Here are a few of the most popular and frequent FAQs we are asked by potential investors:

 

  1. Does Prindex have any other investment instrument besides real estate?

        A: Not at the moment. We are currently seeking investors for our residential development projects.

 

  1. I am not a Lagos resident. How do I monitor the development after I’ve invested?

         A: You don’t need to be in Lagos to monitor the progress of our projects. We send periodic progress reports to all project stakeholders via email in order to keep them updated on the status of our development projects.

 

  1. How do I make a profit when the development is complete?

         A: Your profit returns on investment is agreed upon signing up for your investment with us and paid on a quarterly basis throughout your investment period. Capital is paid back at the end of the development or investment tenure as agreed.

 

4. Can I liquidate my investment amidst development?

        A: Yes, but terms would apply. You can check with your investment advisor for details.

 

5. Will I get my return on investment monthly, quarterly, or annually?

         A: Returns are paid quarterly or annually. It depends on your preference.

 

6. What is the minimum amount that can be invested?

         A: The minimum amount you can invest is 2.5 or 5 million naira. Investors can also choose to convert their investment worth to property ownership upon completion of development.
