As usual we are here to satisfy you and your testimonials of satisfaction is our biggest advertisement. So, we are putting together another state of the art housing facility. We have taken the trouble to throw in a safe supermarket for those last minute items you missed out in town. Yeah some of you asked for this.
First, we say safe because we are making it such that only residents have access in and out of the housing complex. Outsiders would not be allowed access to our shop. However, we would have no jurisdiction over the cost of the items but we would make rent of the shop reasonable. That way, the items are not too pricey and both customers are satisfied.
Secondly, the shop owner would also be responsible for the safety of residents. Our top-notch security facilities would still be in place but they too must be aware they also play a role. We can not control who they employ but we can persecute intruders, trespassers. After giving them a copy of our residence terms and conditions if you like, they would sign agreement. And we would all hopefully live in peace.
Finally, you the residents on the other hand have no rights to get convivial with the shop staff for the sanity of everyone. Hopefully you understand it is for your safety at the end of the day. And if there is too much drama, we may seal off the shop. Again for the safety and sanity of everyone involved.
