In addition , our buildings are designed in such a way that no building hinders the other from nature’s breeze. We also ensured that there is no structure from other interests constituting a nuisance.
Finally, November is the beginning of harmattan period when everywhere is dry and dusty. And we are aware of this season, that is why our houses are spaced out enough for peaceful sleep. The rooms airy enough so you do not break out in heat rash.
