2. YOU NEED TO CLOSELY MONITOR YOUR PROPERTY AFTER INVESTMENT
At real estate firms like Prindex, property managers are assigned to each property. They handle day-to-day management, furnish investors with updates, fill vacancies and remit rental income when paid. This way, investors do not worry about their properties as they are in good hands.
