This Privacy Policy is by the Nigeria’s Data Protection Regulation of 2019 and according to its mandatory provisions of Article 2.5(i), the Data Controller Prindex would not by any limitation clause in this Privacy Policy be availed by any protection not duly permitted under the NDPR or a Nigerian Court of competent jurisdiction.

If Prindex decides to change its privacy policy, Prindex will post those changes on Prindex’s site so it’s users can remain aware of what information Prindex collects, how Prindex employs it, and under what circumstances, if any, Prindex could reveal it.
